The Soda Slosher is a nifty weapon. I need to get used to the Inkzooka, although I do seem to get some easy-mode splats just by firing it, which is fun. It also sloshes ink everywhere, much as it is supposed to, which is good for Splat Zones.
I do miss ...

I'm trying a new bucket, the Soda Slosher, for Splat Zones. The Slosher has worked well for me in Splat Zones before, and I really just want to try a new weapon.
The Splat Bomb sub is familiar enough, but I've never really got to grips with the Inkzooka. I suppose ...

Having dropped out of S Rank, I opt for a different weapon. I think I'd be more effective with the Tri-slosher, but I also don't want to climb right back up to S Rank if I can help it.
I remember that I tried a Blaster in Tower Control before, and ...

Down to an S Rank of 1. We either win this game, or I'm back down to A+. I have mixed feelings about this. Let's see what I can do with the Tri-slosher.
An early splat is typical. I recover and get a double splat, albeit sacrificing myself to a Killer ...

Tower Control on Urchin Underpass and Blackbelly Skatepark. I opt for the Tri-slosher, even though I know I wanted to stick with the Splatterscope until I drop out of S Rank. I suppose I mostly don't want to think I'm bad with weapons I normally enjoy. But on these maps ...

Enough losses will eventually add up to a decent total. Thankfully, I make it to SplatFest Queen with a victory! One of not many, sadly, but the few scattered here and there have been good to be a part of.
This battle goes well for us. I thank my squidmates for ...

Back for another go at the Splatfest, and I return with the Splatterscope after a couple of mediocre battles with the Wasabi Splattershot. If I'm going to get to be Splatfest Queen the slow way, I may as well make it more difficult for myself.
I can't get mad with that ...

I'm enjoying the Wasabi Splattershot. It's nice to add a new weapon to my choices. I also like Piranha Pit. Having that section off to the side, down the coveyer belt, is very handy for charging your Special, more so if the Special is an Inkstrike that requires no sight ...

I go for a change of weapon, swapping to the Wasabi Splattershot for a change of pace. This battle goes against us pretty quickly. I don't know what my squidmates are doing, but it probably isn't fair to blame them for the other team being good.
We are pushed back to ...

Inking turf. That's important for a Turf War. When my Splat Bomb Rush charges, I press out from my perch to cover turf with the Bombs, and to flush out any inklings from the other team daring to cross the half-way point.
I flush out an inkling, but he's smart enough ...
