I can continue the test flight of my new ship. Or help my glorious leader pop Sleepers in a closed home system. That seems a much better opportunity than pretty much any other w-space activity at the moment, rather depressingly. So, surprisingly, I can't be arsed to do anything but ...

Nothing has been scanned yet, and there are two new signatures in the home system. I like a mystery! Aww, a blanket scan shows that both signatures are too weak to be K162 wormholes, which probably helps explain why all our anomalies are still around. They're probably just gas sites. ...

Back in my Loki strategic cruiser, mostly ignoring the customs office-bashing fleet in a class 2 w-space system behind me, I head towards our static wormhole and jump to the neighbouring class 3 system. My directional scanner gives me the all-clear from the K162, so I launch probes, blanket the ...

Someone needs to suck it. All the gas in our home system, I mean. There's loads of it, and I can't be bothered. But I will scan, because that's what I do. And even more gas has floated in to our system. I dunno, we'll have an atmosphere soon, and ...

Calling International Rescue! It's time to bring my glorious leader home. But there's been a signature explosion in the home system. Is it lots of gas? Or maybe wormholes offering more routes for an isolated Fin? That's pretty optimistic of me, I must be in a good mood. I'll scan ...

The home system looks about the same as yesterday, right down to having just me inside it. Not for long, though. I can be an agent of change! Okay, so the change involves taking me out of the home system and not making home itself a hotbed of activity, but ...

I've not been out early in a while. Maybe industrialists are sneaking around, hoping to avoid attention. Let's see. Or I would, if our static wormhole lived long enough for me to warp to it. But I suppose having it die now is better than having to wait longer for ...

I'm three rock sites in to scanning the six signatures when a Drake warps in to the local tower. I hope the pilot of the battlecruiser wasn't watching his directional scanner when coming on-line. Maybe he wasn't, as moments after decelerating in the tower the Drake warps directly upwards, stopping ...

'Just scanned home and bookmarked the wormhole. I'm killing Sleepers in the gravimetric site.' So my glorious leader welcomes me on-line. 'And someone cleared all of our anomalies.' All of them? 'All of them.' Those pig-dogs, tidying up our system like that! I suppose we have little to do apart ...

I appear to be early. What can I do with myself? There's nothing to do in the home system but mine, which means there's nothing to do in the home system. I resolve our static connection and jump through. The neighbouring class 3 system looks much more interesting, not because ...
