The raised corridor seems to be the best route to take for a charger at the start of Port Mackerel Splat Zones. If nothing else, it inks a vital path for later use, should our Splat Zone come under pressure, and it is a nice place to start the battle ...

I find my Seekers work better when they are aimed straight down the corridors. They also get the occasional splat that I simply don't expect. I'd turn to find out which Seeker it was, but a Luna Blaster is getting close, and that's kinda dangerous. A missed flick or two ...

I've thrown better Seekers in Port Mackerel, but at least my squidmate covers my error, and we both cover our Splat Zone. A bit of patrolling looks to go well, but the teal team make a coordinated push and throw enough ink everywhere to cause problems and capture both Splat ...

It's a good and hectic start to the Splat Zones battle. We capture our Splat Zone, it comes under pressure, and the containers mean we don't know if the pressure is coming towards us or from the side. But neither do they. I like pushing up to splat the Squiffer, ...

I start on the right, so I head down the right. But I get splatted immediately so often for heading to the other Splat Zone that I sometimes try to be a bit more careful, so I turn towards our Splat Zone when I hit the main area. It's good ...

Starting on the right of the base sends me to the right corridor. And back to the left to help with the Splat Zone, as it turns out. I stick by the Splat Zone area for now, sending Seekers up the corridors to ink paths here and there for easier ...

I'm glad there's another squid with Seekers who can aim them down a straight corridor, as it makes up for my launching one in to the wall. We get to our Splat Zone quickly as a result, and capture it nice and early. After that, it's time to work the ...

Okay, team, I'll capture our Splat Zone. To be fair, I fair sped my way there. I get a bit lucky defending it, too. The Burst Bombs come close, I run out of ink, and the Slosher narrowly misses me. It's good I hang around, though, as an Inkstrike comes ...

Me and Slosher have the same idea to start the battle, and although we don't get to the Splat Zone in time to ink it, I hope that inking the way to this perch will pay off later. For now, I try to keep the channels blue, and clear up ...

Quickly to the Splat Zone, capture it, and push up. A squidmate makes a nice trail to follow, and I jink early to avoid trouble and make some of my own. The Slosher is a goner, but I muck up splatting the E-litre 3K, which is a bit disappointing. But ...
