More Tri-sloshing on Rainmaker, this time in Museum d'Alfonsino. I try for a falnking manoeuvre again to start with, after a previous battle that reminded me of the extra blocks, and it nearly works. I get a splat, but it's mutual.
I like the route, though, so I tend to use ...

Another shaky start in this battle of Rainmaker. My aim and our Rainmaker carrying gets a bit better in the middle, but then I'm back to squidding on grates to refill my ink like a newbie.

I manage to get some good splats in still, and although I can't hit a ...

I try a new route to the Splat Zones in this battle. It looks pretty good, when I can make the jump. Otherwise, I am sticking to my tactic of crossing the middle and being a pest.
That massive rotating display is great for hiding and evading. Well, for me it ...

I'm having a lot of fun with the Splattershot Jr in Splat Zones on Museum d'Alfonsino. It's a versatile weapon with plenty of mobility, and the Bubbler really helps get me out of a sticky spot.
Case in point, jumping headlong in to a Killer Wail ought to teach me a ...

Nerf OP chargers! Naw, just kidding. They can just be really effective in the right tentacles.
I wish I was as skilled as the chargers on the other team. I know I'm not, because I tried the same thing a few games later with my Splatterscope, and I was a bit ...

I'm giving another weapon new to me a go. This time, it's the Custom Dual Squelcher, a shooter that has perhaps the longest range that isn't a charger. I should probably use that to my advantage, although the habits from playing so long with short-range weapons will probably take a ...

Recording my battles in Splatoon was mostly to allow me to replay my games for me, and I have enjoyed watching them back. I get to relive the silly moments, see details I have missed, and just enjoy the great design of Splatoon. But it has had another effect, in ...

A change of scenery! Museum d'Alfonsino crops up in the Pineapple Splatfest. It's quite an open map, with some side routes, and just one way to cross the middle—up and across the central rotating platform. That's quite a pinch point, and as I show quite early, you need to watch ...
