Straight around the back to the teal side of the map for me. The extra blocks in Museum d'Alfonsino for Tower Control make this much easier than in other battle modes, which lets me get the drop on what I assume is a charger hanging back. I move on to ...

I think I need more swim speed to make that jump to the central platform at the start of the battle. But never mind, the Splat Zones are right there, and I should be inking them anyway. I need to avoid a bit of attention first, although I'm not sure ...

That E-litre 3K could prove to be trouble for us in Tower Control in Museum d'Alfonsino, and for me in particular with my short-range Carbon Roller Deco. It would be nice if he didn't prove it within seconds of the battle starting, though.
In a move that suggests personal progress, I ...

After revisiting the Splatterscope and Tri-slosher, it's taken me a few battles to remember how to best use the Carbon Roller Deco, but I think it's coming back to me. I take my time inking some turf at the start of the battle, as turf control is vital for the ...

Another classic early splatting at the start of a battle, combined with a missed Disruptor. I follow that up by doing it again along a different route. Good job, me.
I try to cheer myself up by looking to neutralise the E-litre 3K a little. I manage it quite well, going ...

As we switch to Tower Control, I switch to the Blaster. I quite like it for Tower Control, but I don't really practice it much. That should become obvious quite soon. At least I use the Disruptor with the Tri-slosher. And throw it in to walls a lot with the ...

Me and a Tri-slosher normally equals my trying to get around the back of the map and causing some disruption from behind. This doesn't change when playing Splat Zones on Museum d'Alfonsino.
I attract some early attention from the charger, which is good in a way. If he's looking at me, ...

I enjoy the Tri-slosher and Splatterscope so much I forget that the Blaster can work well in Tower Control. I sometimes remember, though, and tonight I give the Blaster an outing. I use its explosive ink to bag a couple of splats at the start, although ink from above gets ...

I find out in a previous battle that my perch isn't quite as safe from a dedicated Octobrush as I would like. That won't stop me from using it, but in this battle I aim to be a bit more mobile, attempting to hold the centre ground but covering more ...

I found my Splatterscope Splat Zones spot on Museum d'Alfonsino the other day, and I'm going to use it again today. It's useful because I can cover over half the Splat Zone whilst keeping relatively safe, and aware of the main assault channel.
I can't quite stay up where it's safest, ...
