I vie for control of the tower at the start of the battle, wrest it out of two purple inklings suction cups, and do my best not to let go.
Ink management is not my strong point, it seems. Neither is noticing purple inklings behind the tower when I'm trying to ...

Enjoying a new-found winning streak in A+ Tower Control, I stick with the Dual Squelcher. The side route is best for my range again, but for some reason I don't ink the other squid enough to splat him, and move on to the tower. What a silly mistake.
Whilst a couple ...

I keep going with the Dual Squelcher. Taking the side route for Blackbelly Skatepark should let me use its range, but with no one to splat I immediately ignore my own advice and go for the tower. That gets me splatted.
The opposition get an early lead, which we aren't able ...

I know how to play Splatoon. I certainly don't press the reset-camera button instead of jump near the start of the game. But one thing I do is wear a t-shirt with the haunted trait. It's actually pretty decent, acting as a one-squid Echolocator whenever I'm splatted. And in Ranked ...

A couple of frustrating Tower Control battles had me almost quitting for the night. The Tri-slosher wasn't working against aggressive splatters who pretty much ignored the objective, which wasn't the way I wanted to play. But I decided to switch weapon and give it another go. I like Splatoon too ...

Feeling rusty, I revert to the Splash-o-Matic in the hope that I can be useful in Splat Zones. It's a good weapon, and one I am comfortable with, but perhaps not one that is most useful for Splat Zones, with it having a short range. But the Suction Bomb Rush ...

A quick rush to the tower as is usual, and I take control. Noticing the trail of pink ink below me, I infer the presence of the opposition and aim to splat him, which I do. I fall off the tower in the process of getting the splat, which can ...

It's not my first game of Tower Control for the evening. Even so, I'm impressed by how smoothly I'm running with the Tri-slosher, getting to the central column and on the tower in no time. What I notice next is that I splat Eddie, then I splat Eddie again. As ...

I can move fast with the Tri-slosher, but not Inkbrush-fast. The only problem with the start is us bumping in to each other. Having to deal with long-range weapons like the Squelcher, when I'm wielding the short-range Tri-slosher comes in second, though.
Our early lead is protected, and then I go ...

I'm really getting the hang of inking and squidding with the Tri-slosher. I get to the tower in no time on Blackbelly Skatepark, and then use the Tri-slosher's damaging falling ink to my advantage against a charger, and avoid a pesky Luna Blaster using the tower's pillar. If only I ...
